I have a question about this site in general. Like I know that there is a large collection. But are most of them actually anime raws & no english subtitles. I hope this is not a stupid question. But some did say english subtitles or something like that. Are many animes subbed or is it primarily Raws with no subs of any kind.

This site is primarily Raw releases. Although there are subs in the batches, it still depends on the batchmaker (I guess). You gotta ask who does add english subtitles (in IRC) or you just search for releases from different groups, extract their subs and re-edit them to fit in a Yousei release. I do that sometimes, like here. (Scroll down, until you see my comment)
