Welll with some DVD source you can do good upscales in 1080p.
Yousei did, and I think Dessan has the same exp. for encoding.

I found that the screen during the first 20 seconds was corrupted. The same problem was found using different media players. It should be an encoding problem, will it be solved?

The problem is from decoder. The quility was terrible(blocks) and corrupted at start with potplayer(ffmpeg). then I tried mplayer(opengl driver) with no issues on quility and corrupt problem.

update: new PotPlayer 1.5.29332 working fine
