I am new to this site and am wondering if it's a BDrip does that mean it will be duel audio? I am sorry if this is a stupid question, but this anime has been voiced in english too. So I am just wondering if this is only japanese audio or english as well?

Yousei raws doesn't encode
Yousei raws doesn't encode english shows. Only R2J, so you will never have english audio, because the source is japanese.
Also, they call themself Yousei-(raws), that means that they only do raw anime, without another audio language or subtitle.
