Since 'Dog days' vol.1 released, your products have some colour spot which I took as my problem, then 'Carnival Phantasm' and 'Steins;Gate' finally came, but still not available for my video player, 'Carnival Phantasm' was a basket case even not able to watch by the way. I hope you can figure this problem out soon

You need to update your codecs to playback 10-bit x264 correctly.
They guys never release anything they have not checked, so that is your problem, and all the three releases are encoded in 10-bit x264, which may confuse some video player.
See the FAQ, and I also recommend MPC-HC with lastest LAV codecs.

it seens somthing wrong at the begining of EP01,please check.(Not smooth at all. While any other release don't have such a problem.)

ok.nothing is wrong. i set a higher buffer size for the splitter and played smoothly :)
