I did this for myself but I thought it might interest someone : English softsubs from Central Anime (untouched except ep.12 retimed by -600ms) into .mkv files with fonts attached. You just need to remux them with Yousei's raws.

I found that in /scans/vol.6 the calendars are named after vol.3. However, the bangou on bottom left on one of them indicates that it belongs to volume 6, so where indeed are these scans from?
