Perhaps,senki 2. DVDs for monshou and senki 1 are so terrible, so I can't rip them.

Agreed. The story is great, but the graphic is a little old. Seikai_3 only is enough.

Do you have a DVD disks, which is in very bad condition and you can't get the VOB files from them. Or audio/video on a DVDs discs is very low quality?

This. Halos, rainbows, dotcrawl, some crazy telecine and blends, blends everywhere. It's awful.
